untilted operates as an online retailer of contemporary art prints. All products are produced on demand through our print-on-demand partner, Printful, using archival-grade materials.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Any significant changes will be communicated via email to registered customers.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and include the cost of production. Shipping costs and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods supported by Stripe.

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel orders if we detect fraudulent activity.

All orders are produced on demand. Production typically takes 2-5 business days, after which your order is shipped. Estimated total delivery time is 5-12 business days depending on your location.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Shipping rates are calculated based on your delivery address and the items in your order.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. untilted is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or postal service disruptions.

Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we stand behind the quality of our prints.

Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Incorrect orders: If you receive the wrong item or size, contact us within 14 days and we will send the correct item at no charge.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.

All artwork, images, designs, logos, and content displayed on this website are the intellectual property of untilted or our licensed artists and are protected by copyright law.

Purchasing a print grants you a personal, non-commercial license to display the artwork. It does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our artwork without written permission.

The untilted brand name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of untilted. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

untilted provides this website and its products on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure accurate product representations, slight color variations may occur between screen displays and printed products due to the nature of digital-to-print reproduction.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.
